Discover the flavours of Nga Waka wines through the years as we celebrate the legacy of the soon to retire wine legend Roger Parkinson’s older wines and Paul Mason’s thoughts for the future. These special wines will be matched with a five-course degustation from Chef Adam Newell and the Union Square Team, made from the freshest locally sourced produce.
